spacious room amazing shower useful amenities street noise old equipment poor soundproofing
i found the room very spacious and clean. the shower was an amazing rain shower. the little amenities like a shaving kit and slippers were VERY appreciated.
The windows were not the best. I could hear every noise from the street. the sound isolation was definitely an issue, it affected my sleep. also, the gym facility could USE an upgrade on some equipment.

semi-transparent bathroom lack of privacy
the staff took my luggage immediately upon my early arrival, so i could start exploring right away.
the bathroom layout was a HUGE problem. the sink was right at the entrance, and the shower and toilet had only semi-transparent glass doors. i reminded me of anyone in the room could see EVERYTHING. it was not private at all and really detracted from the experience.

large room clean room
the room was large and very clean. i loved that complimentary water was provided daily (a very nice touch!).
the decor seemed a bit dated. i think some upgrades would be great.

i did not have breakfast at the hotel. however, i noticed many coffee shops and cafes nearby (this was really convenient).

the reception team was very friendly. housekeeping made beds daily and provided fresh towels (i really appreciated that).
